Tina Petkova Estevao
Tina Petkova Estevao handles her clients’ legal needs with focus and determination. As a Division 1 (full scholarship) tennis player in college, her focus is sharp and unrelenting. That focus benefits you.
Since January 2016, Tina has been an associate attorney with Moyes & Associates. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, she was an intern with Moyes & Associates from September 2013 until graduating from The Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America and passing the Virginia Bar in 2015.
Her practice includes real estate (including but not limited to real estate transaction, leases, and conservation easement transactions), estate planning, and business law and organization. She handles contracts, litigation, and negotiation.
Tina speaks a number of foreign languages including Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Bulgarian.
During Law School, Tina participated on the Moot Court Team, and was on the Moot Court Board as Vice Chancellor of Alumni Relations. She completed the majority of the courses available in the Tax Program. She worked in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic as part of the Columbus Community Legal Services (CCLS). She also worked in the Volunteer Income Tax assistance (VITA) Program and became certified through the IRS in tax preparation.
Tina, her husband, and their two children live in Leesburg. They enjoy their two Labrador retrievers and participating in community activities. Her personal interests include tennis, the arts, and architecture.
