Regina Petruzzi Neumann

Regina Petruzzi Neumann has represented clients in a variety of matters since 2000. She began her legal career at Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., a large litigation firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Upon relocating to Virginia, she joined McCandlish & Lillard, P.C., in Fairfax and Leesburg, Virginia. Over the last twenty years, Regina has appeared before state and federal courts in Virginia, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia and has been affiliated with various law firms in multiple jurisdictions. She has been involved in complex cases involving real estate, estate litigation, intellectual property, commercial litigation and general insurance defense.

Regina has vast experience with real estate related matters and now focuses mainly in the areas of real estate and estate planning. Regina was in-house counsel at a title and settlement company, where she presided over countless real estate closings. She has sold millions of dollars of residential real estate, as an agent, and enjoys teaching and training new real estate agents on the legalities and nuances of real estate sales contracts. Regina is actively involved as an Area Representative with the Real Estate Section of the Virginia State Bar.

In her spare time, Regina is dedicated to raising awareness for Childhood Cancer research and funding. She is an avid supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, as well as local childhood cancer organizations such as Kate's Cause, StillBrave Childhood Cancer Organization and Team Mathias. Regina is also a volunteer and provides foster homes to rescue dogs with The Homeless Animal Rescue Team of Northern Virginia (HART).
